When our clients have a claim, they call our dedicated in-house Claims Manager, who will deal with their claim at every stage through to settlement. Our clients remain in control of the claims process and our Claims Manager acts an extension to their own staff. Furthermore, our Broker Team are still there to support our clients when required. We ensure that our client’s interests are recognised by their insurers throughout the claim.
